As he transitions daily responsibilities to his son Nick, Pat remains focused on growing LGT’s presence, nurturing vital relationships, and maintaining its reputation as an industry leader.

In 2006, after his father’s unexpected passing, Pat took charge during a difficult period. He stabilized the business, made it profitable, and set the stage for steady annual growth, guiding LGT through challenges like the 2008 financial crisis, supply chain issues, and the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience that ensured the company’s strength.
With a BA in Business and Communications from Ohio University and a Tooling Specialist certification, Pat has established himself as a knowledgeable leader in the tooling sector. His influence extends outside LGT through his role on the Distributor Advisory Board with Walter Tools. Beyond work, Pat finds his greatest fulfillment in family. Living in Brecksville with his wife Annie, he’s a devoted father to Nick, Abby, and Tommy, always making time to support Tommy’s collegiate baseball games at Kansas University, no matter the distance.
