Jenni Som joined Lloyd Gage & Tool in 2018, bringing over seven years of experience in improving billing processes and sharpening collection strategies. A 2003 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a BA in Business Administration, she’s boosted the company’s cash flow and cut down on outstanding debts, keeping finances strong.
One standout success was revamping billing practices and customer follow-ups, slashing overdue accounts and driving better cash flow.
Outside the office, Jenni loves family time with her husband Dave and their three kids, Mya, Connin, and Caid.
