With over a decade of hands-on experience, Cody is well versed in programming, setup, and operation, and he’s right at home with CAD/CAM tools like Fusion 360, Partmaker, and BobCad. Before joining Lloyd Gage & Tool in 2025, Cody spent three years as a Territory Representative for very well-respected solid carbide round manufacturers, covering central and northern Indiana. There, he built a reputation for understanding client needs and providing excellent service. Drawn to Lloyd Gage’s old-school approach, Cody made the move to offer his customers a wider range of innovative tools and solutions, increasing his impact in the industry and helping manufacturers achieve their goals.
A Garrett, Indiana native, Cody is a proud family man who met his wife in middle school. Together, they’re raising three active kids who are always involved in community events. Cody’s known for his warmth, reliability, and dedication—whether he’s solving a manufacturing challenge or cheering on his kids at a local game.
